The Knights will play their first home games at Quick Trip Ballpark(Grand Prairie Air Hogs) in Grand Prairie as part of the RRAC/Sooner challenge.
The challenge will feature Northwood University and Texas Wesleyan University from the RRAC along with Lubbock Christian University and Oklahoma City University from the Sooner Conference.
Friday, Feb. 5th will feature NU vs LCU at Quick Trip Ballpark in a 1pm double header. At the same time, TWU will take on OCU at LaGrave Field in Fort Worth. Saturday will see NU take on OCU and TWU vs LCU.
The two day event features some of the best teams in all of NAIA baseball. LCU is coming off of a National Championship and is tabbed in the NAIA Pre-Season Coach's poll as the nations #1 team. OCU is close behind, coming in at #3 after a third place finish in last years NAIA World Series. Northwood, coming off of back to back RRAC Titles, is currently ranked #25, entering the poll for the first time in ten years. TWU, finishing runner-up the last two years to the Knights, is currently ranked #28.
